Kazzperia BestSpot Apartment is an excellent two-bedroom apartment – clean, modern and very well located – within walking distance of Warsaw’s New and Old Towns.
The owner of the apartment meets us at the property – it is on Floor 6½! We take the lift to level 7 and walk down a few steps to level 6½.
On entering the apartment there is a small entry hall with a cupboard space with hangers for coats, boots, etc, and a stool to sit on to remove our shoes.
From the entry hall we walk into the living/dining/kitchen area and then into a hallway off which there are two bedrooms plus a bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is filled with natural light.
Living/Dining Room
There is a modular sofa that converts to a sofa bed, a dining table for four people and a flat screen TV. The sofa bed is easily made up and is very comfortable.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering – oven, cooktop, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc., and there are many thoughtful touches – paper towels, tea, coffee, a spice rack, coffee maker.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with black and white bedspread. There are two lots of windows so plenty of natural light and fresh air. There is a full-length mirror on a door which leads into a walk-in wardrobe with lots of shelving and plenty of hanging space. The bedroom also has a desk and more shelving plus a small cupboard containing an ironing board and iron. One side of the bed is against the wall and the other side has space to get out the side of the bed and has a little bedside shelf with reading light and clock.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, dresser and mirror.
Bathroom 1
The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, basin and washing machine. There are plenty of hooks, soap on tap is supplied and many bathroom products – dental kit, vanity kit, shaving kit, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom has a toilet and a basin.

We can highly recommend this bright, breezy and cheerful apartment. It is as new, with excellent facilities, and has an excellent location – about seven minutes walk to Warsaw’s Old Town. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, the apartment sleeps six.
